Refund policy

At Crafter & Co., we strive to provide detailed descriptions and dimensions for all our marble furniture and crafts, so we encourage you to review this information carefully before completing your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that you love your new items.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us with in 14 days for store credit or an exchange. Please refer to the details below for our return policy.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale or end-of-line items, so we encourage you to choose carefully.

Return procedure

All items returned must be in their original, unused condition. For returns, you may send your parcel back using a courier of your choice, and you will need to cover the shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Before returning your purchase, please email info@crafterandco.nz to confirm that the item is eligible for return.

We highly recommend using a tracked service, as Crafter & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Until your item is received by our staff, it remains your responsibility.

Pre-orders

Upon receipt of your order for preordered items, you will be informed of the expected shipping times and costs. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that these may change unexpectedly and are beyond our control. Our team will keep you updated on any shipping delays. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Made-to-measure orders

Upon receiving your order for custom-made items, including marble tables, consoles and crafts, customers will be informed of the expected timeframes. However, these may change unexpectedly due to manufacturing demands and seasonal workloads. Please note that once an order for a custom-made item is placed, it cannot be canceled.
