Payments
Crafter & Co. accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
- Credit Card via Shopify Payments (Shop Pay): We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Bank Transfer via PoliPay
- LayBuy & Afterpay (coming soon)
All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. The name that will appear on your transaction statement is Crafter & Co. If you are using an international credit card, please check with your provider regarding exchange rates and any applicable fees.
All payments are securely processed through independent platforms (Shopify, PoliPay). Crafter & Co. does not have access to your credit card or bank account information.
Please note that we do not accept cheques.

Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and designs related to our products and website, are owned by Crafter & Co.
Use of Content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or use any content from our website without prior written consent from us.
Product Supply
The Crafter & Co. website only displays items that are currently in stock. If any ordered items are out of stock, we will issue a refund for those items within five (5) working days. Generally, we do not accept back-orders.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product availability may differ between Crafter & Co. locations and our website. We cannot guarantee that a product will be available for purchase or collection from both the store and the website at the same time (some products are exclusive to one platform). Please contact us to confirm the availability of your desired product.
Website Information
Crafter & Co. strives to keep product information accurate and up to date. While we make every effort to represent colors, forms, and finishes accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will render these colors correctly. Products may not always match descriptions or dimensions exactly, nor will colors necessarily match photographs precisely. Please review and understand the sizes of the products you purchase, as we do not depict scale in our website photography.
Cancelling Orders
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled, as we typically pack and dispatch your order within hours. If you believe you’ve made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect product or option), please contact us using the email provided in your order confirmation.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, Crafter & Co. offers items for pre-order. A pre-order involves making a part-payment for goods before their delivery. This option allows you to secure high-demand items or lock in prices. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, these are subject to change due to our craftsmen's timelines. Pre-orders are not layby purchases; therefore, any funds paid are non-refundable, and pre-orders cannot be canceled.
Discount Codes
Crafter & Co. occasionally provides single-use discount codes to customers who sign up for marketing emails or create an account. We reserve the right to cancel a discount code if we suspect fraudulent activity. These codes are offered in good faith and do not constitute a contractual obligation. Using multiple email addresses for the same customer or delivery address may result in order cancellation and a refund.
Sales / End-of-Line Discounts
Crafter & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at discounted or promotional prices unless the product is found to be faulty.
If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within five days, we will honor the sale price by providing store credit (Crafter & Co. Gift Card) for the difference.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Crafter & Co.’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from defects or non-compliance of the supplied goods is limited to repair or replacement of such goods. This liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the defective goods, at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Pricing
Occasionally, items may be listed at incorrect prices on our website. Crafter & Co. reserves the right to notify customers of such errors. We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices due to genuine mistakes. If you do not wish to pay the corrected price, we will issue a full refund within five (5) working days, in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Special Orders
Products sourced or made to individual customer specifications cannot be canceled or returned if the customer no longer wants them.
Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with Crafter & Co. until full payment is received. Until ownership is transferred, we reserve the right to reclaim any or all supplied goods, with any associated costs borne by the customer.
Privacy
Crafter & Co. is committed to protecting your privacy and digital security. We implement measures both online and in-store to safeguard your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent and will only send marketing emails to customers who have opted in.
