Orders & Delivery

At Crafter & Co., we strive to ensure that your online orders arrive at your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our fantastic retail team handles all packing right here at our Auckland warehouse.

We work hard to accurately process your online orders and maintain our stock levels. However, in the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to find a suitable solution.

New Zealand delivery costs & times

All orders are shipped via courier with tracking, and a signature on delivery is not required unless you specifically request it. Once your order is fulfilled and ready for collection, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see this email, it may have ended up in your spam folder, so please check there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact our team, and we’ll assist you in tracking down your package.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

At Crafter & Co., we provide free delivery across New Zealand with every purchase.

Shipping Time:

We can deliver to your door New Zealand wide* within 10 working days.

* Delivery not available to Chatham Islands.

Please note that all orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, and our free shipping is door-to-door. Every order includes a tracking option.

Click and Collect: You can also choose our click-and-collect service from our warehouse in Hobsonville, Auckland. After selecting this option, you’ll receive an email to arrange a convenient pickup time. We offer this service seven days a week.

Stolen Orders

While we go to great lengths to ensure accurate and timely delivery with our courier partners we do not accept responsibility for goods stolen or damaged post-delivery. Accordingly, you are responsible for ensuring the following:

  • the delivery address nominated during checkout is secure and able to receive the delivered goods during weekdays.
  • The goods will not be visible to the public if the address is unattended.
  • There is adequate protection from weather damage.
  • You have communicated any specific delivery instructions to us during checkout.
